DEPOSIT

If the total price of the VTC race is greater than or equal to 100 Swiss Francs, a 50% deposit will be required to validate the reservation. This should preferably be made by TWINT payment for faster reception times because if the deposit is not received before the start of the race, it will not be considered.
For races with a total price less than 100 Swiss Francs, the total payment will be made at the end of the race by all the means of payment accepted below.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment of the deposit should preferably be made by TWINT. Payment by bank transfer is possible if it is made at least 5 working days before the start of the race because the receipt of the deposit on our account validates the reservation.
The payment of the balance can be made by credit card, check, TWINT or cash.
A cash deposit is possible by prior appointment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DELAY

30 minutes late are tolerated on the day and at the time of pick-up. If the delay should be more than 30 minutes, an additional hour will be charged according to the current rate.
If no communication from the client about his delay within half an hour following the meeting time , the race would be considered canceled and the deposit (acting as a security deposit) would be kept in full (non-refunded) for compensation.
